A Slam Dunk For Charity!

We are now accepting applications for the new limited-edition Sixers Charities License Plate available now for Pennsylvania drivers. Your donation helps support local charities through the Comcast-Spectacor Foundation.  It's a slam dunk for charity!

TO APPLY:

1. Complete and sign Sections A and D in the state form for Pennsylvania.
2. Submit payment via check or credit card in the amount of $50* to the "Comcast-Spectacor Foundation." To download a form for credit card payment, click here. For fans wishing to select a specific number (subject to availability between 1-100), the donation is $100.
3. Make a copy of your drivers license and vehicle registration.
4. Mail all items to the address below.
5. Receive your plate in 10-12 weeks after the batch is submitted to the state.

*Please add $1.50 for each duplicate registration.

**Please disregard additional fees on PA applications.  They will be paid through Sixers Charities.  **These specialty plates require an annual $10 organization member renewal fee payable to Comcast-Spectacor Foundation.
