License Plates : NJ License Plate

Thank you for your interest in the Flyers Charities License Plate program in the state of New Jersey.

Please be advised, at this time, the state of New Jersey has currently suspended the organizational application process for the specialty license plates as they introduce new legislation pertaining to the plates.  Bill A1474, which revises the process for Organizational License Plates (to be renamed Specialty Registration Plates), is currently before the NJ legislature and increases the number from 500 to 1,000 “members” prior to any organizational license plate application being approved.

The length/duration of the current legislative session is not defined, therefore there is no estimated date available stating when the bill will be finalized. We have no control over this process. The process for approving new organizational applications is suspended until new act is finalized (again, no estimated date of completion is available)

The Foundation is continuing to move forward with our data collection and documentation, in order to be ready to go when the application process reopens.  We will be in touch as soon as we have more information.

Thank you for your patience.  Go Flyers!
