The Comcast-Spectacor Foundation and Global Spectrum Charities participated in Lee National Denim Day to raise funds for breast cancer research on October 3. In exchange for a $5 donation, employees at the Wachovia Complex and Global Spectrummanaged public assembly venues throughout North America were encouraged to wear jeans to work as a symbol of the day. Since its first year, Lee National Denim Day has raised more than $70 million for the fight against breast cancer. It annually attracts nearly a million supporters each year.
