Q: When is the Carnival? A: The Flyers Wives Fight For Lives Carnival is scheduled for Sunday, February 24, 2008 from Noon to 5 p.m. Early Admission is available for purchase from for admittance at Noon.
Q: Where is the Carnival? A: The Carnival is held at the Wachovia Center, 3601 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148.
Q: How much are admission tickets? A: Early Admission tickets are available for $37 and allow fans to enter the building at Noon. General Admission tickets are available for $20 (Adult) and $15 (Children 12 and under) for 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. For tickets, call 1-800-298-4200, or click here to purchase online at ComcastTix.com, or in person at the Wachovia Center Box Office.
Q: Can I pre-purchase Photograph and Autograph tickets? A: Yes! By purchasing a Photograph or Autograph ticket, you are assured a photograph with that specific player during the Carnival. Due to time constraints, players are unable to sign autographs at Photo Booths and vice-versa. Time slots are designated for each player to help the flow for the photographer and may not reflect an exact time when the photo is taken. You must have an admission ticket to the Carnival in order to purchase a Photograph ticket. Q: What players are available for advance purchase? A: Martin Biron, Danny Briere, Simon Gagne, Scott Hartnell, Mike Knuble, Mike Richards, Kimmo Timonen and Scottie Upshall
Q: If a player I want is not listed, can I still get a photograph or autograph of him? A: All other players will be available at the Carnival on a first come/first serve basis. This includes Flyers, Phantoms and Alumni players.
Q: Do I have to have an admission ticket if I purchase an Autograph, Photograph or Shot on Goal tickets? A: Yes, all Carnival attendees must buy an admission ticket in order to be admitted into the Wachovia Center on the day of the Carnival.
Q: What happens if I purchase an Autograph or Photograph ticket for a player and he is not available at the Carnival? A: In the event a player is traded, injured or otherwise unable to attend the Carnival, the Autograph or Photograph ticket may be used at another available player booth.
Q: Do I have to pay for parking on the day of the Carnival? A: No. Parking for the Flyers Wives Fight For Lives Carnival is free!
Q: Is there a new set-up for Shot On Goal? A: Yes. As an added benefit, instead of shooting on one Flyers or Phantoms goalie, fans that purchase Shot on Goal will now receive one shot on each of the two goalies in net, along with an autographed certificate. Certificates are pre-signed, as goalies are unable to stop the action to sign for individuals.
Q: What time do doors open? A: For Early Admission, doors will open at approximately 11:55 a.m. to allow fans be in place in line for pre-sold Autograph, Photograph and Shot on Goal time slots. For General Admission, doors will open at approximately 1:55 p.m.
Q: How can my company become a Carnival sponsor? A: Carnival sponsorships are available at all levels and new opportunities have been added this year, including sponsorships for: Dunk Tank, Alumni Area, Shot on Goal station, and the Stanley Cup Booth.
